This notice covers how Bring Your Bill handles information when you visit the site, RSVP to a night, or upload a business bill. Bring Your Bill is a program of Expense Reduction Coaching. We collect only what we need to review a bill and get back to you.

When you upload a bill, the form asks for a business name, your name, and an email address or phone number so a coach can follow up. You may add an optional note. The file you attach (PDF or photo) is emailed to our review inbox. We do not put uploads on a public website, sell them, or share them with vendors or advertisers.

If you write us by email, we keep the message and any attachments in that inbox so we can complete the review and answer follow-up questions. We do not run user accounts, store payment cards, or build marketing profiles from your bills. Event attendance is casual; we do not require an account to show up.

Hosting and email providers that make this site work may process connection logs or mail-delivery metadata in the ordinary course of running a website. We do not use those logs to identify you from a bill review. We keep review correspondence only as long as we need it to finish the work or to answer a later question from the same business.

To ask what we have, correct a contact detail, or request deletion of an upload or email thread, write jlapscher@erccoach.com with the business name and the date you sent the bill. We will confirm from the same address we originally used to reach you. This notice covers bringyourbill.com only; https://erccoach.com has its own site.
