About Bring Your Bill
Bring Your Bill is a program from Expense Reduction Coaching (ERC). We help small and mid-size businesses cut indirect spend on utilities, telecom, merchant processing, insurance, and waste by reviewing what you are actually billed and flagging overcharges or better terms.
This site is the front door: drop a bill at a happy hour in Chatham and East Rutherford, NJ, or upload one online. For the full expense-reduction practice, visit erccoach.com.
ERC has worked with more than 200 clients over the decades. When a bill has room, savings often land between 20% and 75% on the line items we review. That is the practice's track record, not a guarantee for any one statement.
Bring Your Bill does not sell a product, take a cut of a vendor switch, or require a follow-up meeting. The review is the product. To reach the same team without attending a night, use the contact page or upload a bill.
FAQ
Is this actually free?
- Yes. Attending a BYB event and getting a bill reviewed, live or via upload, costs nothing.
What kind of savings do people see?
- ERC has reviewed bills for more than 200 clients over the decades. When there is money on the table, savings often land in the 20–75% range on the line items we review. That is history, not a promise.
What if you don't find any savings?
- We tell you. Not every bill has money on the table, and we will not invent a problem to sell you a solution.
Am I obligated to switch vendors or sign anything?
- No. We tell you what we see. What you do with that information is up to you.
What kinds of bills do you review?
- Indirect operational costs: utilities, telecom/internet, merchant processing, insurance, waste/recycling, and similar recurring business expenses.
Is my bill data secure?
- Uploaded bills go directly to our team by email for review. They are not stored on a public website or shared with anyone else.
What file types and sizes can I upload?
- PDF or photo (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP), up to 10MB. A phone photo of a printed bill works fine.
