How It Works
Two ways in, one process: a coach reads your bill, tells you what they see, and you are never obligated to act.
If you RSVP
- 1. Show up with a bill. Any recent statement: utility, telecom, merchant processing, insurance, waste. A photo or printed copy both work.
- 2. We review it live, at the bar. We look at what you pay and how it compares to what similar businesses pay for the same service.
- 3. You hear it on the spot. If we see an overcharge or a better deal, we tell you right there. If we do not see anything, we tell you that too.
If you upload a bill
- 1. Submit the form. Business info, contact details, and a copy of the bill (PDF or photo).
- 2. A coach reviews it. Same review we do live at events, just off-site, usually within 2–3 business days.
- 3. We call or email you. We walk you through what we found. No obligation to act on it.
What savings usually looks like
Most indirect operational costs (utilities, telecom, merchant processing, insurance, waste hauling) get negotiated once and rarely revisited. Expense Reduction Coaching has worked with more than 200 clients over the decades, and when a bill has room the savings often land between 20% and 75% on the line items we review. That is history, not a guarantee. We look for money left on the table, not a sales pitch for a new vendor.
